A win after two years of trying — putting it in its own thread so it does not get lost in the check-in.
I have a letter in front of me and I do not know what it actually says.
I have a deadline on this and I have wasted two weeks of it trying to find out who to write to.
What I cannot find anywhere is the criterion I am being assessed against, and I suspect that is the whole of my problem.
I have not asked about the cost side at any appointment because I was embarrassed, and I have now worked out that this was expensive.
To be precise about it, since I have put it in the title: two years. I counted rather than guessed, because a guess would have been kinder to me.
No judgement wanted and none expected in this circle, which is why I am asking here.
