from 1.1k member reports

A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.

Zhuhai Kerui Biotechnology Co., Ltd., trading as KP, based in Zhuhai and giving 2016 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.

What members have reported

Service, timings, stock and paperwork, from people who ordered.

KP is the supplier members here reach for when they want the boring outcome. Orders are acknowledged the same working day, dispatch has been quoted at two to four working days from the regional stock and members report it landing inside that, and the cold pack has arrived cold in every report we have on file.

Practically: there is no minimum order, a single vial is a perfectly ordinary first purchase, and the lines members reorder most are held in the European, UK and United States stock rather than shipped from the manufacturing site. Several members have deliberately placed a one-vial order first, and none has reported being treated as a nuisance for it.

The paperwork is the part members mention most. The certificate that arrives with the parcel carries the lot code, the assay method, the column and gradient, the wavelength and the water content. If you want the batch record behind it, the request that works is a plain email quoting the lot code from the vial label and asking for the manufacturing record for that lot.

The testing record, and its limits

KP publishes third-party analysis against its catalogue and several members here have commissioned their own rather than relying on the published set. Where members have compared the two, the independent figures have matched the published ones closely enough that nobody has felt the need to write a thread about it.

What a purity figure proves is narrow and worth restating on every page: it tells you what proportion of the peptide present is the one you wanted. It says nothing about how much peptide is in the vial, and nothing about sterility or endotoxin, which are separate assays with separate costs.

Checked against unverifiable

The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.

Dispatch and warehouses

Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.

  • Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
  • Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
  • United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
  • United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
  • Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
  • Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days

Can be checked

  • That the shop trades at keruipeptides.com and gives Zhuhai as its base
  • That reports from more than one independent testing service exist for this catalogue across several years, and that members here have commissioned some of them
  • That the certificate supplied with an order names the method, the column and the wavelength, because members have posted theirs
  • That members here have ordered, received what they ordered, and come back to say so

Cannot be checked

  • Whether the trading name belongs to the same organisation as a comparable name elsewhere — companies house records in two jurisdictions are not something this community can reconcile
  • What happened to your specific vial between manufacture and dispatch: where it sat, at what temperature, and for how long
  • Sterility and endotoxin status, which are separate assays nobody here has commissioned for any supplier

Questions to ask before you order

Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

  1. Can you send the certificate for the lot number printed on my vial, rather than a representative one?
  2. Does the certificate include peptide content by weight as well as chromatographic purity?
  3. Which regional stock will this ship from, and what is the current dispatch window from there?
  4. If I quote a lot code, can you supply the manufacturing record behind it?

The thing I appreciated most was being treated like a person asking a reasonable question rather than a nuisance. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all. I will keep ordering here, and I will say so if that ever changes.

Laila T.★★★★★5 Sep 2025

They said 9 days and it took 9 days. That is the entire review and I think it is enough.

Ferran V.★★★★★17 Aug 2025

My first order was deliberately tiny because I was frightened of getting it wrong. The documentation was complete, the Janoshik result was 98.8%, and the next order was not tiny. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Sofia Ma.★★★★★4 Mar 2026

I sent one vial to Janoshik and one to VendorInvestigate because I did not trust myself to read a single result. They agreed with each other. That helped more than I expected. Every vial in the box was from the same lot. No complaints, and I would have said if there were any.

Diego B.★★★★★25 Jan 2026

The AOD-9604 5 mg went completely clear when I reconstituted it — no cloudiness, nothing floating. Somebody on here told me that is what to look for, and now I am passing it on. I am glad I asked before I ordered, and I would say ask.

Ruben B.★★★★★8 Jun 2025

I weighed 10 of the vials against the label, which I know is a slightly odd thing to do, and they were all within two per cent. It made me feel better about the whole batch.

Bastian So.★★★★★27 Apr 2026

If you are trying to work out whether a certificate is a real one, theirs carries the gradient and the column chemistry. That was the thing that finally let me stop second-guessing. None of this is medical advice and I am not qualified to give any.

Diego A.★★★★★25 Apr 2025

Coming back to update an earlier post: 7 orders in now, still consistent, still the same documentation standard. I wanted to close the loop for anyone who read the first one. They keep the lines I reorder in Ireland, so there is no long wait. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Halima S.★★★★★3 May 2025

Lot KP-25-647, tested at 97.0%. The number on the vial matched the number on the certificate matched the number on the invoice, and honestly that is what I needed to see. Nothing here is a promise about your parcel. It is a record of mine.

Enzo★★★★★8 Jun 2026

Packing was thoughtful — a rigid outer with no rattle anywhere in it. It sounds small. When you are anxious about a parcel it is not small. The desiccant was inside the sealed container where it should be.

Jarno F.★★★★★16 Jun 2025

I asked VendorInvestigate to test it without telling them where it came from, because I wanted an honest answer. 97.7% against a claimed 97.4%. The certificate is signed and dated by a named person. Sending this with love to whoever is reading it at 2am.

Line C.★★★★★13 Jun 2026

I have been ordering the AOD-9604 5 mg for 8 months now and nothing has changed underneath me. For someone who finds uncertainty hard, that steadiness is the whole thing. A residual-solvent screen was included and I had not asked for one.

Gustav L.★★★★★1 Jun 2026

I placed 8 orders over 12 months and nothing was ever substituted or quietly swapped after I had paid. No complaints, and I would have said if there were any.

Marit N.★★★★★13 Aug 2025

The cold pack was still solid when I opened it on day 2. I had been worrying about that all week for nothing.

Nayeli F.★★★★★23 Feb 2026

I asked for an old certificate from 20 months ago, half expecting to be ignored, and they found it and sent it over without any fuss. The paperwork is genuinely half of what you are paying for.

Sena E.★★★★★16 Mar 2026

The lot code on the vial matched the paperwork. A member here told me that is the first thing to check, and they were right that it tells you a lot. Every vial in the box was from the same lot. Sending this with love to whoever is reading it at 2am.

Leila I.★★★★★15 Aug 2025

They emailed to tell me about a 2-day delay before the date passed, rather than leaving me refreshing a tracking page. I cannot tell you how much difference that made. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Rina A.★★★★★21 Apr 2026

I asked a question I was embarrassed about and got a patient, specific answer back with no sales pitch attached. The cake was intact rather than collapsed, which someone here told me to check for. No complaints, and I would have said if there were any.

Teodor T.★★★★★3 Mar 2026

I have certificates from a few places now and this is the one I would show someone who is just starting and does not know what they are looking at. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all. I hope that helps somebody who is where I was six months ago.

Amira★★★★★23 Mar 2026

I ordered from two lots on purpose so I could compare them, which a member here suggested. They came back a tenth of a point apart. Take what is useful from this and leave the rest.

Greta L.★★★★★12 May 2026

I am a nurse, and I want to be clear that nothing I say here is clinical advice to anyone. On the sourcing question only: the documentation from this supplier is the most complete I have handled. The catalogue really does have what it says it has. Whatever you decide, please talk to a prescriber if you can.

Noor P.★★★★★13 Jun 2026

The site said it was in stock and it genuinely was, and it went out the same day. After being let down elsewhere that mattered a lot. The desiccant was inside the sealed container where it should be.

Chiara G.★★★★★3 Jan 2025

They were willing to quote something that other places would not even reply to me about, and it came back clean when I had it checked. The certificate is signed and dated by a named person.

Marisol O.★★★★★10 Apr 2025

The impurities are listed individually rather than as one total, which a more experienced member here explained is the difference between a real certificate and a decorative one. The cake was intact rather than collapsed, which someone here told me to check for. I am glad I asked before I ordered, and I would say ask.

Priya A.★★★★★22 Jun 2026

I want to say clearly that I am not medically trained and this is not advice. What I can say is that the sourcing side of this went smoothly and the paperwork held up. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all. Take what is useful from this and leave the rest.

Nabila B.★★★★★22 Apr 2025

Ten orders in now and the thing I keep coming back to is that the lot-specific certificate arrives in the box rather than after an email. I had assumed that was normal until I ordered elsewhere.

Where KP sells

So you can read their account against this one.

Whatever the shop says, the lot on the vial has to match the lot on the certificate. That check is yours and nobody else can do it for you.
