Winter roads and a delivery that did not come Writing it down partly to work out what I actually think.

Money post. No apologies, this circle is for it.

I have been refused and I would like to appeal properly rather than emotionally, because the emotional version is what I sent last time.

This is the boring administrative kind of problem, which I gather is the kind that gets solved if you know the right sequence.

I have a letter in front of me and I genuinely cannot tell what it is saying, which I suspect is not entirely accidental.

Thanks. Actual numbers welcome if you are willing; if not, the sequence of steps would help just as much.

My experience of remote appointments has been better than in-person, mostly because they start on time and I am at home.

Something that helped was asking for longer intervals between reviews given the travel, and it was agreed without argument.

Something worth knowing: the postal service here is unreliable in winter, so anything time-sensitive is collected rather than sent.
