from 571 member reports

A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.

Hubei Jianxiang Bioscience Co., Ltd., trading as HJ, based in Xianning and giving 2015 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.

What members have reported

Service, timings, stock and paperwork, from people who ordered.

HJ sits lower in this community's ranking than in the wider consensus, and the reason is about us rather than about them: fewer members here have ordered from HJ, and fewer still have commissioned their own analysis, so our own evidence base is the thinnest of the twenty. The reports we do hold are clean, and it would be dishonest to present a shortage of our own data as a finding about the supplier.

What those reports describe: quotes returned within a working day, dispatch quoted at three to five working days, no minimum order, and regional stock in Europe and the United Kingdom for the more commonly ordered lines. Members have described being told before a window closed rather than after when a public holiday moved it.

The certificate carries the lot code, the method and the wavelength, and members who asked for the water content have had it sent the same afternoon. The batch record is obtainable by quoting the lot code.

The testing record, and its limits

HJ publishes analysis against its catalogue and the independent record that exists is consistent with it. This community's caveat is a caveat about sample size on our side: we hold fewer member-commissioned results for HJ than for any other supplier with a page here, so we say less rather than saying more thinly.

The general limits apply as they do everywhere. Purity is a proportion of what is present in one sample, and quantity, sterility and endotoxin are three separate questions that a certificate does not answer.

Checked against unverifiable

The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.

Dispatch and warehouses

Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.

  • Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
  • Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
  • United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
  • United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
  • Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
  • Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days

Can be checked

  • That the shop trades at hubeijianxiang.net, gives Xianning as its base and 2015 as its founding year
  • That published analysis exists for this catalogue and that the independent results members here hold are consistent with it
  • That certificates carry the lot code, method and wavelength, and that water content is supplied on request
  • That members were told about a moved dispatch window before it closed rather than after

Cannot be checked

  • How this supplier behaves across the parts of its catalogue nobody here has ordered from — our sample is the smallest we hold
  • The transit conditions of any individual parcel after dispatch
  • Sterility and endotoxin, which are separate assays nobody here has commissioned

Questions to ask before you order

Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

  1. Can you send the lot-specific certificate for the code on my vial?
  2. Is water content reported, and can you add it if not?
  3. Which stock is this dispatching from and what is the window?
  4. Can I have the batch record for this lot code?

I want to say clearly that I am not medically trained and this is not advice. What I can say is that the sourcing side of this went smoothly and the paperwork held up. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight.

Bruno B.★★★★★1 Feb 2025

My first order was deliberately tiny because I was frightened of getting it wrong. The documentation was complete, the VendorInvestigate result was 97.3%, and the next order was not tiny. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box.

Valeria R.★★★★★15 Apr 2025

Nothing went wrong. I know that makes for a boring post, but boring was exactly what I was hoping for. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Britt★★★★★8 Mar 2026

The lot code on the vial matched the paperwork. A member here told me that is the first thing to check, and they were right that it tells you a lot. No complaints, and I would have said if there were any.

Helga C.★★★★★6 Jun 2025

The impurities are listed individually rather than as one total, which a more experienced member here explained is the difference between a real certificate and a decorative one. These are research compounds and they are not approved for people to take. I want to be honest about that.

Mateusz P.★★★★★18 Jan 2025

The cold pack was still solid when I opened it on day 7. I had been worrying about that all week for nothing. Please still check your own vial. I am one person with one order.

Aksel L.★★★★★28 Mar 2025

Packing was thoughtful — the caps crimped evenly, none of them proud of the shoulder. It sounds small. When you are anxious about a parcel it is not small.

Arne N.★★★★★7 Apr 2025

They emailed to tell me about a 3-day delay before the date passed, rather than leaving me refreshing a tracking page. I cannot tell you how much difference that made. The customs paperwork was right first time and that is why it moved so quickly. I will keep ordering here, and I will say so if that ever changes.

Sigrid R.★★★★★8 May 2026

I was nervous about ordering at all, so I am writing this for whoever is where I was. I sent the cagrilintide 5 mg to Janoshik and it came back 98.0% against a stated 98.1%, and I felt a lot calmer afterwards. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Petra S.★★★★★26 Mar 2026

Tracking updated at every stage, which sounds trivial and was the difference between a calm week and an anxious one. The paperwork is genuinely half of what you are paying for.

Britta★★★★★3 Jan 2025

I asked for the water content and it was on file and came through the same afternoon. One email, one answer, no negotiation.

Gustav K.★★★★★20 Oct 2025

A public holiday moved my dispatch window and they told me before it closed rather than after. That is the whole of my report and I think it is the part that matters.

Freya★★★★★28 Oct 2025

My buddy and I ordered the same line separately to compare notes. Both certificates were complete and both results landed within a tenth of a point. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Teodor St.★★★★★7 May 2026

I ordered from two lots on purpose so I could compare them, which a member here suggested. They came back a tenth of a point apart. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box.

Neha H.★★★★★3 Nov 2025

I reordered at 9 months to check nothing had drifted, and it had not — 97.1% then and 97.1% now. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Britt M.★★★★★7 Aug 2025

I placed 5 orders over 10 months and nothing was ever substituted or quietly swapped after I had paid. Every vial in the box was from the same lot. I am glad I asked before I ordered, and I would say ask.

Dagny O.★★★★★4 Nov 2025

Lot HJ-26-228, tested at 98.5%. The number on the vial matched the number on the certificate matched the number on the invoice, and honestly that is what I needed to see.

Solene N.★★★★★27 Jun 2026

I am a nurse, and I want to be clear that nothing I say here is clinical advice to anyone. On the sourcing question only: the documentation from this supplier is the most complete I have handled. Peptide content was 97.7%, so converting to a working solution was straightforward. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Paloma D.★★★★★19 Jul 2026

I weighed 4 of the vials against the label, which I know is a slightly odd thing to do, and they were all within two per cent. It made me feel better about the whole batch. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight.

Mateusz K.★★★★★22 Feb 2026

Someone from their side replied on a Sunday, with the batch record attached. I had assumed I would be waiting until Tuesday and fretting the whole weekend. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box. Please still check your own vial. I am one person with one order.

Milan K.★★★★★20 Feb 2026

I have been ordering the tesamorelin 2 mg for 24 months now and nothing has changed underneath me. For someone who finds uncertainty hard, that steadiness is the whole thing.

Diego D.★★★★★19 Jul 2026

The peptide content is given separately from the purity, so I could do the maths without guessing. My buddy walked me through it and it worked out exactly. The desiccant was inside the sealed container where it should be. I will keep ordering here, and I will say so if that ever changes.

Divya P.★★★★★8 Mar 2026

Three orders, all uneventful. I am aware this community holds fewer reports on this supplier than on others, so I am adding mine to the pile.

Ignacio H.★★★★★3 Jun 2026

If you are trying to work out whether a certificate is a real one, theirs carries batch traceability back to the synthesis run. That was the thing that finally let me stop second-guessing.

Emil★★★★★2 Apr 2026

I queried a two-tenths difference against an independent result and got the raw chromatogram back. They answered kindly and properly, and did not make me feel silly for asking.

Runa★★★★★13 Feb 2026

I asked Medutest to test it without telling them where it came from, because I wanted an honest answer. 97.0% against a claimed 97.2%. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box.

Whatever the shop says, the lot on the vial has to match the lot on the certificate. That check is yours and nobody else can do it for you.
