The cold pack was hard on day three and the ordering process felt like buying from a laboratory supplier, which is what they are. None of this is medical advice and I am not qualified to give any.

★★★★☆A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.
Sangon Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., trading as SGN, based in Shanghai and giving 2004 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.
Service, timings, stock and paperwork, from people who ordered.
SGN has been supplying life-science laboratories since 2004 and reads that way in members' accounts: a broad catalogue, an ordering process built for institutional buyers, and correspondence that is businesslike rather than warm.
Practically: no minimum order for catalogue items, quotes returned within a working day, dispatch quoted at three to five working days, and regional stock in Europe and the United Kingdom for the lines this community reorders. Members have described cold packs still solid on day three.
The certificate carries the lot code, the assay method and the detection wavelength, and members who asked have had the water content and the batch record supplied against a lot code. Where a quote needed correcting, members describe it being corrected inside a single reply with the price held.
Independent analysis exists for this catalogue from more than one service and members here have commissioned their own on several lines. The figures have been consistent with the published ones.
The general caveat holds here as everywhere. A certificate describes a sample, a sample stands for a lot, and a lot is not the vial in your fridge until somebody tests that vial. Sterility and endotoxin are not addressed at all.
The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.
Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.
Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

The lot code on the vial matched the paperwork. A member here told me that is the first thing to check, and they were right that it tells you a lot. Their figure and the lab figure were a tenth of a point apart.
Lina★★★★★
I am a nurse, and I want to be clear that nothing I say here is clinical advice to anyone. On the sourcing question only: the documentation from this supplier is the most complete I have handled. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight.
Helga★★★★★
I asked for the lot-specific document and it came back within the hour. That has now happened twice and I have stopped expecting to have to chase it.
Kaia★★★★★
A quote needed correcting and it was corrected inside a single reply with the price held. I am still ordering from them, which probably says it.
Kaia P.★★★★★
They were willing to quote something that other places would not even reply to me about, and it came back clean when I had it checked. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box.
Oskar★★★★★
They emailed to tell me about a 3-day delay before the date passed, rather than leaving me refreshing a tracking page. I cannot tell you how much difference that made. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all.
Hedda★★★★★
Coming back to update an earlier post: 10 orders in now, still consistent, still the same documentation standard. I wanted to close the loop for anyone who read the first one.
Adaeze★★★★★
I have certificates from a few places now and this is the one I would show someone who is just starting and does not know what they are looking at. Nothing here is a promise about your parcel. It is a record of mine.
Petra★★★★★
The site said it was in stock and it genuinely was, and it went out the same day. After being let down elsewhere that mattered a lot. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.
Tobias★★★★★
Nothing went wrong. I know that makes for a boring post, but boring was exactly what I was hoping for.
Divya★★★★★
My buddy and I ordered the same line separately to compare notes. Both certificates were complete and both results landed within a tenth of a point. The paperwork is genuinely half of what you are paying for.
Katrin★★★★★
They said 5 days and it took 5 days. That is the entire review and I think it is enough. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all.
Yara★★★★★
I have been ordering the NAD+ 500 mg for 8 months now and nothing has changed underneath me. For someone who finds uncertainty hard, that steadiness is the whole thing.
Vikram★★★★★
None of this is medical advice and I am not qualified to give any. On the narrow question: the label was legible, the lot code matched the paperwork, and the independent figure matched the published one.
Hana★★★★★
The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate. I have started refusing to order anywhere that will not tell me that much.
Teodor★★★★★
The impurities are listed individually rather than as one total, which a more experienced member here explained is the difference between a real certificate and a decorative one.
Oskar S.★★★★★
I was nervous about ordering at all, so I am writing this for whoever is where I was. I sent the NAD+ 500 mg to PeptideMeter and it came back 97.0% against a stated 97.2%, and I felt a lot calmer afterwards.
Cormac★★★★★
The cold pack was still solid when I opened it on day 3. I had been worrying about that all week for nothing. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all.
Bence★★★★★
I asked for an old certificate from 8 months ago, half expecting to be ignored, and they found it and sent it over without any fuss. Their figure and the lab figure were a tenth of a point apart.
Ingrid★★★★★
My first order was deliberately tiny because I was frightened of getting it wrong. The documentation was complete, the Janoshik result was 96.8%, and the next order was not tiny. Please still check your own vial. I am one person with one order.
Zaid★★★★★
I want to say clearly that I am not medically trained and this is not advice. What I can say is that the sourcing side of this went smoothly and the paperwork held up. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate. I will keep ordering here, and I will say so if that ever changes.
Zaid R.★★★★★
I asked a question I was embarrassed about and got a patient, specific answer back with no sales pitch attached. Every vial in the box was from the same lot. Nothing here is a promise about your parcel. It is a record of mine.
Naomi★★★★★
I asked Medutest to test it without telling them where it came from, because I wanted an honest answer. 97.4% against a claimed 97.6%. These are research compounds and they are not approved for people to take. I want to be honest about that.
Kenji★★★★★
I reordered at 14 months to check nothing had drifted, and it had not — 98.8% then and 98.8% now. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all.
Ewan★★★★★
The peptide content is given separately from the purity, so I could do the maths without guessing. My buddy walked me through it and it worked out exactly. Their figure and the lab figure were a tenth of a point apart.
