What the pharmacist wanted to know before dispensing Writing it down partly to work out what I actually think.

I have a letter in front of me and I do not know what it actually says.

I have a deadline on this and I have wasted two weeks of it trying to find out who to write to.

I have been quietly not mentioning the cost at home and that is now its own problem, separate from the money itself.

I have been refused and I would like to appeal properly rather than emotionally, because the emotional version is what I sent last time.

Thanks. Actual numbers welcome if you are willing; if not, the sequence of steps would help just as much.

What helped was doing the switch in a quiet week rather than around anything else, so that anything unexpected had room.

Orlaith has already said most of this and I want to add the one part that was different for me.

My switch was for supply reasons rather than choice and it happened faster than I would have liked, which is where the risk of error sits.

Something worth knowing: my review schedule changed with the switch and I nearly missed an appointment as a result.

My experience is that this went smoothly because two people checked it, and it would not have if only one had.

The storage requirements were different too, which I discovered on day two, and that is a small thing that could have been a big one.

I would say to anybody about to switch: get the new instructions in writing and read them back to somebody.
