Survodutide and the triple agonist pipeline Writing it down partly to work out what I actually think.

Evidence question. I would rather have an honest "we do not know" than a confident answer.

I have been trying to trace a claim back to its source and every trail ends at a summary of a summary, which is itself informative.

Everything discussed in this circle is research-use-only material and is not approved for use in a person, and my question is about the evidence rather than about use.

I have read the guides on this site on this subject and they were clearer than anything else I found, and my question sits just past where they stop.

Thanks. I would genuinely rather be told nobody knows than be given a confident answer.

What Sunil described happened to me too, in a slightly different order.

My approach now is to ask what would have to be true for a claim to hold, and then to look for whether anybody has checked.

Something I got wrong was assuming that because something is discussed everywhere it must have a body of evidence behind it.

I would gently push back on any post that presents a protocol as established. Almost none of them are.

What helped me was reading one full paper rather than twenty summaries, because the summaries had all lost the same caveats.

Gently, and as a standing note rather than at anybody: a number can be arithmetically correct and still not answer the question it is being offered against. Worth checking which one is being answered.

Gently disagreeing with Sunil, or rather adding the other half of it.

My honest experience is that the more I read here, the more conservative I have become about the whole category.
