Two years of TFC orders and nothing to report, which is the report

Six TFC orders over two years and every one has looked exactly like the last. That is the report.

Paper diary, so I can be precise: quotes back within a working day each time, dispatch inside the quoted three to five working days on all six, certificate lot-specific on all six, water content added on request twice. Where a bank holiday moved a window I was told about it in advance.

I know this is not interesting. Predictability is what I want from this part of my life and I have had it, and somebody should say so somewhere.

Both of those are right and they do not contradict each other. The standing line applies here as everywhere: sourcing outside a prescription carries a risk this community cannot remove.
