QST from order to doorstep, written down properly

Ordered Monday, dispatched Wednesday, in my hands Friday, cold pack hard. I am writing it down because the uneventful accounts are the ones nobody bothers to post.

Certificate was lot-specific, carried the method and the wavelength, and the water content came back inside the working day when I asked for it. The batch record came the same way against the lot code.

That is the entire report. Nothing went wrong, nothing needed chasing, and I would rather that were on the record than only the dramatic threads.
