SWB and one document per lot: a boring habit worth naming

Four lots in one box from SWB and four separate certificates, each matching its own vials. I had budgeted an afternoon to reconcile it and it took eleven minutes.

This sounds like nothing written down. It is not nothing. A single summary document for a mixed order means you cannot check any individual lot against anything, and the lot check is the only verification that belongs to you.

Second order was identical in format to the first, down to the layout, which is the property I have learned to look for.

Consistency between orders is what I watch for too. A supplier whose paperwork changes shape every time is telling you something about its process.

Mine arrived the same way, and my pharmacist glanced at the set and said it was tidier than most of what she handles professionally.

Building on what Dora wrote rather than answering the original question: a document per lot is also what makes a later query answerable at all.

None of which says anything about sterility, which is a separate assay nobody here has commissioned for anybody. Worth keeping in the frame.

Yes to Nadia. And the standing line, because it belongs on every thread here rather than once at the top of the site: buying outside a prescription carries a risk this community cannot remove.
