Three small orders from Homopeptide, described plainly, because I could not find an account of what a small order is like anywhere.

No minimum, quotes back the same working day, dispatch inside the quoted three to five. Replies written by a person rather than assembled from a template: I asked a precise question about the assay and got a precise answer.

Water content came back the same afternoon when I asked for it. Nothing about the size of the order seemed to change how it was handled.

Building on what Ammi wrote rather than answering the original question: a precise answer to a precise question is itself a signal, and a template is one too.

Worth adding that a small responsive operation may not behave identically at volumes none of us order at. Not a criticism, just the honest limit of what we can say.

Obi has put the limit well. Standing line for the thread: buying outside a prescription means nobody is accountable to you if it goes wrong, and this circle cannot change that.
