from 636 member reports

A rating here summarises what members have said about ordering. It is not a safety rating and it cannot be one.

Shanghai ERP Biotechnology Co., Ltd., trading as ERP, based in Shanghai and giving 2018 as its founding year. Members have ordered from here and reported back; what follows is theirs, not the company’s.

What members have reported

Service, timings, stock and paperwork, from people who ordered.

ERP is the supplier members mention for support rather than for anything else. The recurring description is that a question gets a real answer the same day, from somebody who has read what was asked rather than pattern-matched it.

The practical shape: no minimum order, quotes returned same working day, dispatch quoted at three to four working days, and regional stock in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States covering the lines members reorder. Members at the nervous stage have described placing a deliberately tiny first order and being walked through the storage question without being sold anything.

The certificate carries the lot code, the method and the wavelength. Water content and the batch record are both available on request, and the request that works is a plain email with the lot code in it and no preamble.

The testing record, and its limits

Independent analysis exists for this catalogue from more than one service, and several members here have commissioned their own on top of it. The comparisons members have posted have agreed closely enough that the discussion has stayed uneventful.

What that does not tell you is how much peptide is in the vial, or whether it is sterile, or what it went through in transit. Those are three separate questions and a purity certificate answers none of them.

Checked against unverifiable

The left column is what somebody could confirm. The right column is what nobody can.

Dispatch and warehouses

Stock is held regionally, so an order is sent from within your own country rather than from the manufacturing site.

  • Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
  • Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
  • United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
  • United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
  • Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
  • Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days

Can be checked

  • That the shop trades at erpbiotechnology.com, gives Shanghai as its base and 2018 as its founding year
  • That questions sent here are answered specifically — members have posted the exchanges, redacted
  • That independent testing results for this catalogue exist from more than one service
  • That small first orders are accepted and handled the same way as large ones

Cannot be checked

  • Whether the person answering your email is the person who can see the production record
  • Where and under what conditions your vial sat between manufacture and dispatch
  • Sterility and endotoxin status, which nobody here has commissioned for any supplier in this set

Questions to ask before you order

Take these verbatim. The answers, and the non-answers, are informative.

  1. Can you send the certificate for the lot code on my vial rather than a representative one?
  2. Is water content reported for this lot?
  3. What is the current dispatch window from the stock this will ship from?
  4. Can I have the batch record if I quote the lot code?

The peptide content is given separately from the purity, so I could do the maths without guessing. My buddy walked me through it and it worked out exactly. Peptide content was 99.2%, so converting to a working solution was straightforward. Please still check your own vial. I am one person with one order.

Bruno E.★★★★★10 Jul 2025

Coming back to update an earlier post: 11 orders in now, still consistent, still the same documentation standard. I wanted to close the loop for anyone who read the first one. One person, one experience. Yours may be different and that is fine.

Rina D.★★★★★6 Jan 2026

I was nervous about ordering at all, so I am writing this for whoever is where I was. I sent the melanotan II 10 mg to Medutest and it came back 97.5% against a stated 97.7%, and I felt a lot calmer afterwards. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Ignacio K.★★★★★7 Feb 2025

I asked for the retention time of the main peak and got it without being asked why. They answered kindly and properly, and did not make me feel silly for asking.

Sena R.★★★★★23 Feb 2025

My first order was one vial because I was nervous. It was handled exactly as I imagine a large one would be, and the storage question I asked got a real answer.

Britta T.★★★★★25 Feb 2026

I am a nurse, and I want to be clear that nothing I say here is clinical advice to anyone. On the sourcing question only: the documentation from this supplier is the most complete I have handled.

Marit D.★★★★★22 May 2026

The hexarelin 5 mg went completely clear when I reconstituted it — no cloudiness, nothing floating. Somebody on here told me that is what to look for, and now I am passing it on. Nothing here is a promise about your parcel. It is a record of mine.

Kaia D.★★★★★19 Jul 2026

They said 6 days and it took 6 days. That is the entire review and I think it is enough. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Marit Du.★★★★★12 Jun 2026

The site said it was in stock and it genuinely was, and it went out the same day. After being let down elsewhere that mattered a lot. Sending this with love to whoever is reading it at 2am.

Viktor N.★★★★★19 Jul 2026

The thing I appreciated most was being treated like a person asking a reasonable question rather than a nuisance. They keep the lines I reorder in Australia, so there is no long wait. Whatever you decide, please talk to a prescriber if you can.

Zofia R.★★★★★19 Jan 2026

Same-day replies, three times running, from somebody who had obviously read what I wrote. I have had worse correspondence from organisations I pay a great deal more.

Cesar W.★★★★★13 Apr 2025

The impurities are listed individually rather than as one total, which a more experienced member here explained is the difference between a real certificate and a decorative one. The catalogue really does have what it says it has. Nothing here is a promise about your parcel. It is a record of mine.

Ingrid Y.★★★★★1 Apr 2026

Packing was thoughtful — a rigid outer with no rattle anywhere in it. It sounds small. When you are anxious about a parcel it is not small. Peptide content was 98.7%, so converting to a working solution was straightforward. Happy to answer questions if anyone is at the nervous stage. I remember it well.

Malin J.★★★★★22 Jun 2026

Tracking updated at every stage, which sounds trivial and was the difference between a calm week and an anxious one.

Ilias★★★★★10 Apr 2026

The cold pack was still solid when I opened it on day 4. I had been worrying about that all week for nothing. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Rasmus★★★★★16 Jun 2025

I placed 10 orders over 9 months and nothing was ever substituted or quietly swapped after I had paid. The customs paperwork was right first time and that is why it moved so quickly.

Camila H.★★★★★25 May 2025

They emailed to tell me about a 3-day delay before the date passed, rather than leaving me refreshing a tracking page. I cannot tell you how much difference that made.

Marisol★★★★★23 Oct 2025

If you are trying to work out whether a certificate is a real one, theirs carries a signature and a date from whoever released the batch. That was the thing that finally let me stop second-guessing. I am glad I asked before I ordered, and I would say ask.

Ayesha M.★★★★★1 Jul 2026

I asked for an old certificate from 8 months ago, half expecting to be ignored, and they found it and sent it over without any fuss. Whatever you decide, please talk to a prescriber if you can.

Helga Kj.★★★★★21 Feb 2026

I reordered at 15 months to check nothing had drifted, and it had not — 98.5% then and 98.5% now. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight. These are research compounds and they are not approved for people to take. I want to be honest about that.

Bruno N.★★★★★6 Jul 2026

Shipped from Spain, arrived on day 7. I mention it because waiting and not knowing was the hardest part for me, and there was none of that here. The purity is measured by RP-HPLC and the wavelength is written on the certificate.

Emil V.★★★★★27 Feb 2026

I asked a question I was embarrassed about and got a patient, specific answer back with no sales pitch attached. The customs paperwork was right first time and that is why it moved so quickly.

Janek E.★★★★★12 Jan 2026

My first order was deliberately tiny because I was frightened of getting it wrong. The documentation was complete, the Medutest result was 97.9%, and the next order was not tiny. There was no upsell attached to the answer at all.

Britt D.★★★★★6 Jul 2026

I want to say clearly that I am not medically trained and this is not advice. What I can say is that the sourcing side of this went smoothly and the paperwork held up. Please still check your own vial. I am one person with one order.

Wanjiru S.★★★★★19 Feb 2026

My buddy and I ordered the same line separately to compare notes. Both certificates were complete and both results landed within a tenth of a point. Nothing was loose or rattling in the box.

Hedda D.★★★★★10 Jan 2025

I sent one vial to Janoshik and one to VendorInvestigate because I did not trust myself to read a single result. They agreed with each other. That helped more than I expected. The vials were all within two per cent of each other by weight.

Where ERP sells

So you can read their account against this one.

Shanghai ERP Biotechnology Co., Ltd. sells from its own shop. The link below is marked nofollow and sponsored. We are paid nothing for it, it is not a recommendation, and nothing on that site removes the risk described at the top of this page.

Whatever the shop says, the lot on the vial has to match the lot on the certificate. That check is yours and nobody else can do it for you.
