A very small first order from ERP, and what I asked before placing it

I placed a deliberately tiny first order from ERP and I want to write down what I asked beforehand, because I could not find anybody who had.

Three questions, sent in one email. Can you send the certificate for the lot code on my vial rather than a representative one. Is water content reported. What is the dispatch window from the stock this will ship from.

All three were answered the same day, specifically, with no attempt to sell me anything larger. The order was one vial and nothing about the handling suggested that was a nuisance.

I am at exactly this stage and had no idea what to ask. Copying these three verbatim, thank you.

The non-answers are as informative as the answers, which is the whole reason to ask before rather than after.

Bea, answering your question directly rather than going round the houses: yes, same-day replies here too, three times running, from somebody who had read what I wrote.

Worth adding that responsive support is a fact about a company and not evidence about a vial. I keep having to remind myself of that.

I am adding this to the circle's standing resources because the three questions are the most useful thing on the page. And plainly: no pharmacist checked your dose, no regulator inspected the line, and nobody is accountable to you. That is the risk we cannot remove.
