Translating a leaflet for my mother Writing it down partly to work out what I actually think.

Regional question, because I have read a great deal of advice that turns out to be true in one country only.

Anyone else here in my part of the world? I would like to compare notes with somebody in the same system rather than a different one.

I would rather hear one detailed account from my own system than five from elsewhere, if anybody local is reading.

No rush. Everything here takes three weeks anyway.

What I would flag is that the advice online about storage assumes a temperate climate and it is not adequate for mine.

Reading Nikita, I recognised more of that than I expected to.

I found the family and social side considerably harder here than the medical side, for reasons that would take a page to explain.

I found a specialist who had seen this many times, which took eight months of asking, and it changed everything.

What helped was a pharmacist who spoke to my specialist directly rather than everything going through me.

Reading Noor, I recognised more of that than I expected to.

Something worth knowing: the availability where I am has been steady, and I understand that varies enormously across the region.
