Something I have been sitting with: India, a vegetarian plate and a small appetite Not looking for advice so much as other people's experience.

Regional question, because I have read a great deal of advice that turns out to be true in one country only.

Supply where I am has been unpredictable and I would like to know what other people locally have been told.

The language of the paperwork is part of my difficulty and I would like to know whether anybody has found a way round that.

My care is entirely private and the cost is the whole constraint, and there is no coverage route where I am.

Coming back at two years to say it has been steady, expensive and well managed, and that finding the right clinic was the whole of it.

What I would say is that finding one clinician who is genuinely familiar is worth more than any amount of reading.
