Life and logistics
Over 60
Strength, bones, medications, and being taken seriously.
Members over sixty have a different set of questions: muscle and bone loss matter more, there are usually other medications in the mix, and there is a specific frustration in being told at 68 that a symptom is simply age.
This circle takes those questions seriously and moves at a civilised pace. It also has the best practical ideas on the site, largely because its members have been solving problems for longer.
Who this circle is for
- You are over sixty and on treatment
- You are managing several conditions and medications together
- You want strength work that respects an old injury
Agreements here
- Nobody's symptom is dismissed as age here
- Polypharmacy questions go to a pharmacist review, which we will encourage
